For those who have been in a leadership position, whether running a company or large organization there is no doubt you understand the differences in how different folks apply leadership. I have been thru the sewer, drug thru the mud, been whipped and beaten, kicked into oblivion, so I know what it takes. But focus, determination and unwillingness to surrender is necessary to win.
