3 Crucial Steps to Losing Cellulite

Author: Troy Boyd

If Losing Cellulite is your main goal at this time in your life then it's important that you know the exact steps to take to lose it.

First, what the heck is it?

Well, cellulite is just one of those ugly little things that our bodies do just to annoy us I guess. But, that's not the answer you're looking for.

Cellulite is basically fat tissue that resides just below the surface of the skin. This layer of skin has bands of connective tissue that contains many fat cells, surrounded by a liquid that nourishes it and provides an effective waste system.

Ideally, this waste should be removed, but, because toxins are trapped in the skin, the connective tissue thickens and gives the dimpling effect of cellulite.

Losing cellulite is not easy and sometimes cannot be accomplished at all without some type of invasive surgery.

However, most times it can be accomplished by some simple lifestyle changes that you must begin immediately.

So, get off your cellulite butt and start moving.

Step 1: You need to detox your body. There are a number of different methods to do this that you can easily research online. One such company who has a great system is called Isagenix. I recommend this because my wife has used it with amazing results, and it's a very healthful system.

The reason for detoxing is that when toxins enter your body, your fat cells actually surround the toxins in a way to protect you from the harm they may cause. These toxins can come from our food in the form of pesticides, or the air we breath in the form of pollution. All sorts of things.

So, if you get rid of the toxins in your body your fat cells no longer have a job and therefore will be flushed from the system.

Step 2: Begin an exercise program that consists of both cardio, and very importantly strength training.

Running and stair climbing are great for targeting cellulite. As far as the strength training, you want to build muscle in the areas that are most likely going to be affected, such as the butt, the thighs, and the belly. Squats, leg curls, sit-ups, and reverse sit-ups are amazingly effective and should have awesome results.

Step 3: Drink Water. You know you're supposed to do this anyways, but if you're trying to get rid of cellulite it becomes a crucial element. Drinking water flushes out the toxins in your system and with that comes the fat cells that no longer have a working position in your body. So there are three very important steps to losing cellulite.

If you follow these steps there's really no guarantee that you'll ever completely get rid of all of your cellulite, but even so, any one of these steps will make you feel great and put you on the road to a healthy life.
