Over the last 20 years, I have tested everything and trained people with all kind of goals.

The number one secret for fast and lasting results is to train with your bodyweight. You do not need the latest gadget; you do not need a gym full of fancy equipment.

Enter bodyweight training: all you need is your own bodyweight, master your bodyweight and youll be in the best shape of your life.

If you are not able to support your own bodyweight in some basic movements, forget additional weights and focus just on a few exercises like basic squats, pushups and sit-ups.

Training movements means you do not just train muscles! Your nervous system has to be in full control of your body position and stabilization. Multiple joints are involved in the same time: all the muscles responsible for the movement have to work together; they work as a team to get the movement done.

Many people think bodyweight exercises will be soon too easy; they are just ok for beginners.

To perform these exercises you have to get a perfect functional strength. These exercises require a full balanced body strength, they are difficult. They require strength, flexibility, balance and muscular coordination in the same time.

Before to get into these exercises you have plenty to learn and master. The good thing is you are going to be rewarded quickly.

With bodyweight exercises you will improve your overall conditioning. You train in endurance, in strength, in flexibility for a complete functional body.
