Weight Loss Recipe: Apple Tuna Sandwich

APPLE TUNA SANDWICH
Makes 3 servings.

  • Ingredients
  • 1 can tuna in water drained
  • 1 small apple chopped
  • cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 6 slices whole wheat bread
  • lettuce leaves

    Directions
    Combine and mix the tuna, apple, yogurt, mustard and honey. Spread cup of the mixture on three bread slices. Top each slice of bread with lettuce and remaining bread. Cut sandwiches in half or as desired.
