When it comes to data entry training, the purpose is to help develop the necessary skills in an individual so that individual can effectively do their job with little or no problem. In order for this to be the case, there needs to be two things implemented: the trainer must seek to make all the information clear enough that the trainee understands it and the trainee must give the trainer total, undivided attention.

When it comes to data entry training, the data entry training must incorporate the ability to work with speed, work with accuracy and be able to tune out distractions so concentration will never be effected. (Poor concentration makes speed and accuracy difficult.)

In order to develop these traits, the data entry training must provide specific drills so as to properly develop the traits. If not, the data entry training will not produce proper data entry workers. This is just academic.

Now, all the great data entry training in the world will not work in the trainee is not paying strict attention. The trainee must give undivided attention to the drills and try to maximize skill level when performing the drills. This will make the data entry training successful. Then, this successful data entry training will allow for a fruitful career.
